My son turns 18 in a week and got his first car this week; a 2000 Black Maxima. The car had lots of dings, dents and scratches on the outside; plus needed a thorough cleaning inside (the former owner had two dogs). For his birthday I surprised him with a gift certificate to Apple Auto Body & Car Care in Randolph, MA for a complete interior/exterior detailing, along with fixing up the outside of the car wherever possible. When I brought the car in had to laugh when they told me it would look better than when it came off the showroom floor (remember this is a 2000). Well, Apple Auto did such a fabulous job it is almost hard to believe it is the same car and at a very fair price. The car was sparkling on the outside when we picked it up and the interior was immaculate and smelled just like new. I could not be happier with the work they did; it went above and beyond my expectations. Apple Auto Body’s work was ‘as good as it gets!” and more. We were in a difficult situation – our vehicle was damaged due to negligence on the part of JiffyLube – and we weren’t sure how to resolve it. Nik and his staff were more than willing to do whatever they could to work out the best deal for us. Jiffy-Lube stonewalled and stalled, but Nikita gave us a loaner car to use, worked with Jiffy-Lube as far as charges, and even made adjustments to the repair costs so that everything ended up being covered by what Jiffy-Lube was willing to pay. Jiffy-Lube was completely at fault, but if we had to take them to court it could have taken forever and who knows how much it would have cost us! And if we had tried to save time by going through our insurance company, we would have had to pay the deductible, at the very least, and used one of our annual free windshield repairs. Nikita, Sergey and Alysha spared us all that. We got excellent service, treatment, and repairs, and we couldn’t be happier! Linda F.

A couple of months ago I had my car repaired by Apple Auto Body. They were extremely nice and very efficient. And their work was top quality- my car was good as new when I got it back! I was in another accident recently and brought my car directly to Apple. If possible, they were even nicer and more efficient. I went in and within 20 minutes, all of the paperwork was filled out and I was in a rental car (from their new rental fleet!) They are dealing directly with the insurance and appraisal companies, which eliminates a huge headache for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Deirdre D.
