Uk Worldwide Car Insurance

Buying a car is stressful enough, but buying a used car can be especially tricky. Before you head up to the dealership, you need to have a few tricks up your sleeve.

talked with Steve Lagerstrom, Corporate Sales Trainer for  about what you should know before heading in to buy a used car.

First, Steve says to do your research before visiting a dealership. Hit up an online site like , to see how people rate their experiences.

Also set a budget. Know before you go in what you are comfortable spending. Be sure to factor in things like car insurance, gas, maintenence (like oil changes), and even repairs.

Speaking of repairs, "certified pre-owned" can mean different things at different dealerships. Ask about the specifics and if the vehicle comes with a warranty, get all the details about what that warranty covers.

If you're buying a car As-Is, without a warranty, you can always ask to have the car inspected by a mechanic or shop that's not affiliated with the dealership. If they don't want you to do this, you might think about taking your business somewhere else.

Next time you step foot into a dealership, you will be armed with the knowledge you need!
