Company Project Training
Training That Improves Your Project Results
Online, Instructor-led Course Customized for Your People & Projects
Your People Attend from Anywhere and Study When It Fits Their Schedules
Benefits to Your Organization
We teach a simple, 5-step methodology based on the best practices in project management. Following the hands-on instruction where your people practice each step in the methodology. They don’t learn fancy techniques they’ll never use but the straightforward tools they’ll need to manage 95% of the projects done in your organization. Your executives will see team members who know what is expected before they start work. And your projects will finish on time and within budget. Other benefits include:
- Executives won’t be surprised by big variances they learn about at the end of the project
- Executives will receive early warning about problems when they are small
- Your people will have the support they need to carry on with the methodology including:
- Templates for each step to use on their projects
- Textbook for reference and additional articles on our website
- One year of on-going support and advice from their instructor.

How We Conduct the Training
We tailor the training to your people’s experience levels and the project challenges they encounter. They will work on a case study from our inventory that is similar to the kind of projects they do. This is “hands-on” training, where they practice all the steps and get feedback and coaching from the instructor:
- planning with the sponsor/customer
- building a schedule
- tracking progress
- reporting status.
Delivery Options and Fees
We can deliver the training online or in a seminar at your site. Our fee for a 16 hour custom designed seminar for up to 25 people is $13,500* and $18,500* for a 24- day seminar (2-hour sessions work best)
