Buyer beware! Drivers beware, hopefully you don’t get hit by an insured who decided to go with cut rate auto insurance from the Loya insurance group.
I was just hit by somebody who decided to take a really fast wide turn into a driveway clamoring my car and making it not drivable… I have now been sitting for three hours waiting for Fred Loya insurance adjusters and people to tell me what to do.
I was given two different numbers, and then a manager’s number and I’ve left voicemails. They were all supposed to be back from lunch at 1:30 and it’s now almost 3 o’clock. I’m sitting out in the cold for three hours in need of help, and all that the Loya insurance group can do is send me to voicemail.
So consumer of beware, it’s not just the price you pay for your monthly premium, but it’s also the price you pay for quality service, and who knows what type of repair job or anything else I’m going to get if they can’t even pick up the phone and or call me in a timely manner and help me get off the street.
As I’ve been able to sit here for hours I realize now that Loya insurance group is also
I’ll update you as progress is made on the service I’m getting from the Loya insurance group.
Someone was nice enough to bring me a coffee, but the top of the cup says it all in the above picture..
3:00 UPDATE, was called by Loya Insurance group and they asked the actual address of the car, because they needed that to pick up the car. I asked what about me, and they said you have to speak to the adjuster….WHO I HAVE called 3 times.her voice mail says she will return at 1:00 of course, she does not answer the phone, always to voice mail…same thing with manager .
So the corporate office said, “O let us help”…and transferred me right back to a voice mail.
Have a great day. c)972.800.6670
