Delegates seeking future publication through the conference were asked to submit full written papers in English in WORD format no later than December 31, 2015 to the following email address: . This date allowed a little time to update papers following feedback received at the conference.

 

Submission requirements

The file name should include the first author’s name (for example IgnacioGallego.docx). A confirmation message will be sent back. If you do not receive this confirmation message, please contact the Conference Comittee, at info@radioresearch2015.org.

In order to speed up the copy editing process for full papers accepted for publication in the conference book, please follow the following guidelines concerning full-paper format. As the language of the planned conference book will be English, if this is not your first language please ask a first-language English speaker to correct your draft for linguistic expressionbefore submission.

Length: between 10 and 15 pages Elements:

  • title;
  • author(s)’s name(s);
  • email;
  • institution (University or Research Centre);
  • short biographical note about the author/s (maximum 200 words each)
  • abstract (about 200 words);
  • 4 keywords;
  • page number on the bottom, right hand

Format:

  • Microsoft Word document
  • title: Arial, 12, Bold
  • Author(s)’s name(s): Arial, 10, Italic
  • Institution: Arial, 9
  • Abstract: Arial, 10, single spacing
  • Keywords: Arial, 10 (in one line)
  • Text body: Arial, 10, spacing 1,5
  • Endnotes: Arial, 8, single spacing, numbered sequentially 1, 2, 3 etc
  • Original tables and graphs placed within the text, with subtitle as shown in this example – Figure 1: Audience research data for first quarter, 2013. (Source: RAJAR) Arial, 10, spacing 1,5
  • Complete bibliographical references at the end of the paper, according to the following convention, below (Arial, 10, spacing 1,5)
