Hi! Welcome to our first blog entry!

I can’t believe our site is up and running – from an idea that came to us only over last Christmas, to a now a fully functioning website with dozens of moving partners signed up!

Our co-founder and “Chief Awesomeness Officer” (as he puts it) thought of the idea over Christmas.  We were brainstorming together on finding online solutions that solve real “pain points” in the UAE… and we felt like the challenge of “Moving in the UAE” was the perfect place to start.

Our team is made up of a group of expats who know all too well about the pain involved in finding a mover in the UAE.   First – there are hundreds of movers out there and there’s no way to sort the “good” from the “bad” and the “ugly”.  Second – comparing their prices is almost impossible as it typically requires the moving company to survey your home to be able to quote you a price.  You can try to break away from your busy schedule to let one surveyor into your home (anyone else feel like they’re squeezing everything into their lunch breaks?), but you can forget about finding enough time to get more than one company to survey your place and give you a quote.

Why can’t UAE residents get access to good movers, get their prices and quality ratings, easily, quickly and at a click of the button?
